On Monday, the tribunal learned phone records and information obtained from phones documented Ms Wandelt persistently demanding Madeleine's mother for a DNA test over 2023 and 2024.

Madeleine's vanishing in 2007 - when she was three years old during a vacation in Portugal - is one of the most covered child disappearance cases and is still unsolved.

'I Don't Want Money'

A separate recorded message, presented in court, documented Ms Wandelt saying: "I realize I'm fat and unattractive like Madeleine had been, but I know what I feel."

While one recording of Ms Wandelt's one-way conversations with Mrs McCann's voicemail said: "Suppose there is a small chance that I am Madeleine? What then? Isn't that significant for you?"

"I am not seeking money, I possess a existence here in Poland, I just want to understand," the recording stated.

The panel was advised that by means of emails, SMS messages and communications, Ms Wandelt requested a genetic test, transmitted early photographs to her phone in a attempt to demonstrate a similarity to Mrs McCann's missing daughter, and asserted to have "memories" from a early life with the McCanns.

An intelligence analyst, an intelligence analyst with the police force who gathered the evidence, told the court there "didn't appear to be any responses" from Mrs McCann.

Ms Wandelt additionally contacted acquaintances of the McCanns, based on the phone records.

On October 9th, 2024, the father answered a phone call from Ms Wandelt to his wife's phone, stating she had "incorrect contact information."

That day Ms Wandelt deposited a voicemail on Mrs McCann's recording stating "I will persist and I will prove my position."

The court was informed Mrs Spragg struck up a connection via internet with Ms Wandelt preceding joining her on a visit to the McCanns' residence in that area in December 2024.

Phone records showed Mrs Spragg had communicated using WhatsApp to Mrs McCann to state the press had characterized Ms Wandelt as "a crazy person" but that she deserved to be taken seriously in the time preceding the visit to that location, that area, in last December.

The court learned correspondence between the two defendants, in November 2024, discussing endeavoring to acquire Mrs McCann's DNA samples from her garbage or from utensils at a eating establishment.

"We need to make a stand," the co-defendant told Ms Wandelt.

On the occasion of the appearance to their home, the defendant sent a communication which stated: "We are sat adjacent to the McCanns' house with our lights out like private investigators. I wanted to accomplish this with someone else I hadn't anticipated I would be doing that with the McCanns."

The case ongoing.
